By reserving, renting, or utilizing any vehicle or service provided by Trucks 4 Ren, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. 2. Eligibility and Rental Requirements

• Age: Renters must be at least 21 years of age to rent vehicles from Trucks 4 Ren. Additional age restrictions or fees may apply for certain vehicle types.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid, unexpired driver's license from your country of residence is required. International drivers may need to present an International Driving Permit along with their national license.
• Payment Method: A major credit card in the renter's name is required for payment and security deposit. Debit cards may be accepted under specific conditions and may require additional verification or larger deposits.
• Identification: Additional forms of identification may be required at the time of rental.

3. Rental Period and Vehicle Use

• Rental Duration: The rental period begins at the time the vehicle is picked up and ends when the vehicle is returned to our specified location during business hours.
• Extensions: Any extension to the rental period must be authorized by Trucks 4 Ren in advance. Unauthorized extensions may incur additional charges and fees.
• Authorized Use: Vehicles are to be used for commercial or personal moving, delivery, or transport tasks only. Subleasing, use for illegal purposes, or operation by unauthorized drivers is strictly prohibited.
• Geographic Restrictions: Rental vehicles are permitted for use within the continental United States unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Rates, Charges, and Payment

• Rental Rates: Rates are quoted per day, week, or month, and may include mileage allowances. Excess mileage will be charged at a specified rate.
• Additional Charges: These may include fuel charges, late return fees, cleaning fees, damage waivers, insurance options, road tolls, traffic fines, and any other applicable taxes or surcharges.
• Payment: Full payment for the estimated rental period and a security deposit are typically required at the time of pickup. The final charges will be adjusted upon vehicle return.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is held to cover potential damages, excess mileage, or other additional charges. It will be released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.

5. Insurance and Damage Responsibility

• Renter's Responsibility: The renter is responsible for all damages to the rental vehicle, loss of vehicle, and third-party liabilities arising during the rental period, regardless of fault.
• Damage Waiver Options: Trucks 4 Ren offers various optional damage waiver products and insurance coverages which may reduce or eliminate the renter's financial responsibility. These options are available for purchase at the time of rental.
• Reporting Accidents/Damage: In case of an accident, theft, or damage, the renter must immediately notify Trucks 4 Ren and file a police report if required by local law.

6. Vehicle Maintenance and Conditions

• Pre-Rental Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle for any existing damage before driving off the lot and ensuring all documented damage is accurate.
• Proper Operation: The renter agrees to operate the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws.
• Return Condition: The vehicle must be returned to Trucks 4 Ren in the same condition as it was received, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and with the fuel level as specified at pickup.

7. Cancellation Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trucks 4 Ren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Pasco County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
